The Subur Hotel is housed in a free-standing, 5-storey beach front building adorned with many balconies. The entrance is via a side street. The interior is compact and cheerful, with a bright, modern lobby, enhanced by a small, colourfully upholstered seating area. The 95 air-conditioned guestrooms feature a cool, simple décor with laminated floors, plain walls and patterned fabrics. All are clean and well maintained, as are the functional en suite bathrooms. There’s also a large busy sports-style bar-restaurant, decorated with football shirts, motorbikes and television screens. It serves a wide variety of drinks, complemented by hearty Tex-Mex fare. The hotel also offers a Continental style buffet breakfast every morning.
