The El Cid Hotel is housed in a well-maintained, mid-terrace 4-storey block, which dates from the 1970s. The lobby features beamed ceilings, natural stone walls, heavy wrought-iron chandeliers and leather chairs. The same type of décor adorns the dining room – situated to the rear – as well as the 77 pleasantly furnished, comfortable guestrooms, all with ceiling fans. The rooms are clean and well maintained, as are the en suite bathrooms, which are equipped with showers only. Breakfast is the only meal served. El Cid is off the Passeig de Vilanova in the center of town. The hotel also offers a Continental style breakfast buffet every morning. There’s also a television lounge.
