Built in 2004, the Dolce Sitges is a modern hotel and conference centre overlooking the Mediterranean, with a curving white façade and tiered balconies. The 263 beautifully designed guestrooms are decorated in light Mediterranean tones, with balconies facing the sea or the pools. All are clean and well maintained, as are the functional en suite bathrooms. The Verema restaurant, the main dining room of Dolce Sitges, offers extraordinary views of the Mediterranean Sea. Breakfast, lunch or dinner can be served here for up to 260 people inside and 280 people outside. In the Esmarris fine dining restaurant, with 52 seats, a wide selection of international and regional dishes are served. The beautiful terrace along the poolside assures guests of a memorable dining experience. The panoramic Malvasia Bar, with great views of Sitges Bay, welcomes guests for cocktails, snacks and night caps.
